Club Development

What HBCS offers clubs

The practical ways HBCS can enhance the skills of your coaches and provide coaching to
your club members include: -
• HBCS runs Skills Days at clubs, which are conducted by HBCS Senior Coaches. At these your
players can learn new skills, and your club coaches can improve their coaching skills by watching
and working with the senior coaches. These Skills Days can be tailored to the requirements of the
club – see the “Skills Day Packages” on the dropdown from this Tab.
• With our “flying squad” approach HBCS Senior Coaches can provide tailored training to a smaller
group of club players e.g. to a club team.
• HBCS has considerable experience of coaching Juniors, and can give advice to your club about the
best practices involved in doing this.
